Fruit Sale Needs Volunteers!

Thank you for your support of our DHS Music Program! Fruit Distribution weekend is near and and we could use your help February 2, 3 and 4th. NO experience is needed, we will show you what needs to be done when you arrive. 

We are in need of adult volunteers – especially for THURSDAY MORNING sorting.  There are also positions available on FRIDAY and SATURDAY.  Your student will receive credit for your participation.  Please check out the Adult and Student Sign Up Genius links below to see where we could use your help.

Final DHMB Board Meeting of the Year–and You’re Invited!

The final Dow High Music Booster board meeting of the 2021-22 school year will take place on Tuesday, May 17 at 6:00 pm in the Dow High Orchestra room. We will be electing board members for the 2022-23 school year and discussing upcoming opportunities for the band, choir, and orchestra programs.

If your student will be participating in one or more of the Dow High music programs next year, you are already a Dow High music parent! Anyone is welcome at our monthly meetings, and we hope many parents of current Jefferson eighth grade music students will attend as well.

Jazz and More is Back!

On Friday, April 29th at 6:30 p.m., doors will open to the soon to be famous jazz club, Herb’s Hideaway. 

Located at the Midland Country Club from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., you don’t want to miss the 2022 rendition of the Dow High Music Booster Club’s Jazz & More!   

Live performances begin around 7:00 p.m. with the H. H. Dow High Honors Orchestra, followed with Chamber Choir and then Dow High’s Jazz Band.  Heavy appetizers, individual desserts will be served with a cash bar.
